Coaching usually requires ongoing services. Coaching and mentorship is an ongoing process. Ongoing sessions are likely best for your success. In some cases people only need a couple sessions to fill in any identified gaps, particularly those that are already operating and/or are just making a small change.
How we utilize our sessions is up to you and only you. Stacey Molle/NPECB is here to coach in the areas that you feel are most important.
